Linseed flour/cake
.... it has a healing effect on the digestive tract due to its special composition. Bioactive phytochemicals regulate metabolism at the cellular level in horses. Insoluble fiber is cleansed by the body. Contains Omega 3 fatty acids that improve the immune system and reduces susceptibility to disease. Flax flour/cake is a by-product of the production of flax oil, which should contain about 1/3 of the oil. A peculiarity is the mucus that creates a protective layer of mucus on the stomach wall. USING:

Lineseed oil
..... is distinguished from other oils by the presence of unsaturated fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids. Most products are high in omega 6 fatty acids. Adding linseed oil to horse food helps to balance the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids. The most important components are omega 3, omega 6, omega 7 and omega 9 fatty acids, which are twice as much as in fish oil. In addition, linseed oil also contains vitamin E. Linseed oil has all the same good qualities as linseed meal / cake.
